Refund requests for instructor-led courses or training events must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the purchase date and before attending the course.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not available once an eLearning course has been accessed, started, or completed.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased course, please contact our support team. We will make every effort to resolve the issue or determine whether a refund is appropriate.
If CARE cancels a course or event, participants will be offered the option to:

Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account after they have been processed.
