Certificate as a CSU-ALS/ CALS Provider

To become as CSU-ALS/ CALS Provider you must:

• Complete the E-Learning prior to attending a Live course
• Complete an accredited live CSU-ALS/ CALS Provider Course

To recertify as a CSU-ALS/ CALS Provider:

• Complete the E-Learning prior to attending a Live course
• Complete an accredited live CSU-ALS/ CALS Provider Course within the 2 year certificate period

The E-learning modules are an adjunct to this education and by themselves do not replace part or all of the requirements to certify or recertify as a CSU-ALS/ CALS Provider.

Certificate as a CSU-ALS Trainer

To become a CSU-ALS Trainer you must:

• Complete an accredited CSU-ALS Provider Course
• Complete an accredited CSU-ALS Trainer Course within 1 year of the CSU-ALS Provider Course
• Be Proctored for two Provider courses you teach
• Teach at least 2 courses per year

To recertify as a CSU-ALS / CALS Trainer

• Complete the E-Learning Trainer Renewal Course during your 2 years certificate period.
• Demonstrate proof of teaching 2 courses per year during the certificate period at an affiliated CSU-ALS Training Center.
• Order an updated Trainer Certificate (See Store)

Trainers do not have to maintain their Provider certificate - it is inclusive with Trainer status.
