MSc in Cardiac Surgical Critical Care Nursing

CARE, LLC has partnered with Teeside University to bring an exciting course aimed at the Critical Care Nursing Practitioner who wants to advance their knowledge in Cardiac Surgical Critical Care — with the goal of becoming an Advanced Nurse Practitioner or increasing their seniority and responsibility in the multidisciplinary workforce.

The module will be run four times yearly (the first beginning on September 8th, 2021). The module includes 50 lectures and over 300 questions throughout the eLearning content to help refine your clinical reasoning and practical understanding.

Ten weeks after the start of the course, there will be a 3-hour online examination consisting of:

• 25 clinically based multiple-choice questions (MCQs)
• 3 essay questions (1,250 words each)

The exam will test your applied clinical knowledge gained from the eLearning course. Successful candidates will be awarded 20 Credits at Level 7 and will be notified by email within two weeks of sitting the examination.

Once you have determined that you are eligible and completed your payment, select BEGIN to be redirected to the Teeside University enrollment site. After enrollment, you will return to our website’s learning management system to complete the course.

The date for the final exam, terms, and conditions will be provided on the Teeside University enrollment site. The site also contains access to additional online resources designed to maximize the educational value of the course.
