REACT Certification

Our Advisory Board, consisting of representatives from all disciplines including Nurses, Technicians, Radiographers, Cardiologists, Anesthesiologists and Critical Care Physicians – (the experts on this protocol) - spent two years developing the educational resources for the training as well as the certificate model for Providers and Trainers. The Advisory Board took into consideration existing products such as ACLS and ATLS, as well as research on the delivery of this education over the last 14 years, to develop these models:

Certificate as a REACT Provider:

To become as REACT Provider you must:

  • Complete an accredited REACT Provider Course

To re-certify as a REACT Provider you must:

  • Complete E-Learning Full Course one year after live course
  • Take a live course within 2 years of your last Provider course

Certificate as a REACT Trainer:

To become a REACT Trainer you must:

  • Complete an accredited REACT Trainer Course
  • Be Proctored for one Provider courses you teach
  • Teach at least 2 courses per year
  • Complete the E-Learning Full Course during your 2 years certificate period.
  • ONLY TEACH IN AN ACCREDITED REACT CENTER OR RECOGNIZED REACT CENTER OF EXCELLENCE

Trainers do not have to maintain their Provider certificate - it is inclusive with Trainer status.

THE E-LEARNING MODULES ARE AN ADJUNCT TO THIS EDUCATION AND BY THEMSELVES DO NOT REPLACE PART OR ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS TO CERTIFY OR RE-CERTIFY AS A TRAINER.
